1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to the booking and provision of Galactic Akashic Record Reading sessions offered by:

The sessions are provided online and in English or Serbian. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
2. Description of the Service
Galactic Akashic Record Reading is offered as a spiritual and personal-development service.
The session is intended to provide an opportunity for personal reflection, exploration and self-development. The service does not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis, medical advice or any other regulated healthcare service.
It is not intended to replace medical, psychological, therapeutic or other professional advice or treatment. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and choices.
3. Session Duration
Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes. Sessions are conducted exclusively online via Zoom. You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and a device that allows you to participate in the session.
4. Price
The price for one 90-minute session is: €179. The applicable tax treatment will be handled in accordance with the German tax rules.
5. Booking
Sessions are booked online through Calendly. When booking, you are required to provide the information necessary to arrange the appointment. After completing the booking and payment process, you will receive confirmation of your appointment. The booking process and payment procedure are subject to the information provided at the time of booking.
6. Payment
Payment is processed through PayPal. Payment must be completed in accordance with the payment instructions provided during the booking process. I do not have access to your full PayPal account credentials or complete payment-card information.
7. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 3 days before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the scheduled appointment cannot normally be accommodated. Any statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and withdrawal rights are subject to applicable German consumer protection law. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, it is not limited by the cancellation rules in these Terms & Conditions. Information about the applicable withdrawal right, including the conditions and procedure for exercising it, will be provided as required by law. Any additional cancellation or refund arrangements offered by me will be stated clearly at the time of booking.
9. Withdrawal and Early Performance of the Service
If you request that the service begin before the expiry of any applicable statutory withdrawal period, the applicable legal requirements concerning the commencement of services during the withdrawal period will apply.
Where required by law, your express request and acknowledgement concerning the early commencement of the service will be obtained during the booking process. If the service has been completely performed under the conditions provided by applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire.

10. Missed Appointments
If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session may be considered a missed appointment. Any consequences for missed appointments are subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.
11. Technical Problems
The session is conducted via Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring that you have: a suitable device; a stable internet connection; access to Zoom; and a quiet environment. If a technical problem on my side prevents the session, I will reschedule. If the problem is on your side, cancellation rules apply.
12. Confidentiality
I respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared. However, no electronic communication can be guaranteed secure. Please avoid sharing information you do not wish to communicate online.
13. No Guarantee of Particular Results
The service is a spiritual experience. No specific result or personal change can be guaranteed.
14. Responsibility of the Client
You are responsible for deciding if the service is appropriate. Reflections during a session are part of your personal exploration. You remain responsible for your actions.
15. Intellectual Property
Website content is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or modify content without written permission.
16. Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to update these Terms. The version at the time of your booking will apply.
17. Applicable Law
German law applies. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
